This website does not constitute an offer, merely an invitation to treat. ColourTools.com, ColourTools.co.uk or its representatives do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, therefore, it is imperative that you should check the product specifications before ordering.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Published prices, specifications and services are subject to change without notice, and do not include carriage. If you are paying by credit card, your card will not be billed until we despatch the goods. If you are paying by cheque or some other means, goods will not be despatched until funds have been deposited into our account and cleared (we normally allow five working days for this).

All goods remain the property of ColourTools.com until full payment has been received.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any products/services ordered. All products are sold subject to availability.

To comply with certain manufacturers agreements and government regulations, ColourTools.com reserves the right to refuse to export products from the United Kingdom at any time.

Claims for damage, non-functionality and shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods, otherwise standard warranty procedures apply. ColourTools.com is not responsible for ensuring safe delivery of a returned item.

All goods are despatched by courier on a 'next working day' basis where stock is available. If you require delivery by other means (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery) please notify us by e-mail or fax at time of order. There will be no reduction in carriage charges where alternative methods of delivery are requested. If additional costs are incurred, these will be charged at cost.

Delivery
- Subject to stock availability, all orders received by 2.30pm, will be despatched same day by overnight courier for delivery next working day. Orders received after 2.30pm will be despatched the following working day.
- All orders will attract a standard delivery charge of £8.50 plus VAT (£9.99 Gross).
