Spectrolino measures not only color proofs it also measures Monitors (Emission).
Spectrolino is always connected to a computer (PC or Apple Macintosh) and controlled, e.g., by the supplied measuring software SpectroChart lite.
The Spectrolino has outstanding technical performance. It can be positioned exactly on colour and paper charts for accurate hand measurements. To ensure consistent reults, SPectrolino uses an annular lens optical system. This patented multi-directional approach to gathering light in a circle enables Spectrolino to read the target at any angle. For monitor measurements, attach the Spectrolino directly to the screen using the suction cup supplied for this purpose.
For automatic, fast and error-free scanning of color charts the Spectrolino should preferably be used together with the GretagMacbeth SpectroScan x/y table. The spectrophotometer can be easily mounted on the movable arm of the table so that the originals can be scanned in with dot accuracy.
For transmission measurement you can now mount the Spectrolino on the GretagMacbeth SpectroScan x/y table.
