What happens if I lose my ICC printer profile or it becomes corrupted somehow?
When we create your profile, we not only send it to you by email, but will also send you a CD with your profile, the detailed instructions files, the ColorVANTAGE manual and User Guide and other Pantone ColorVANTAGE support files, so that you always have a back up.
Additionally, we will hold a copy of you profile on our database for you, so that even if you lose the back up CD, we will be able to replace your profile for you.
There is NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for this service for the first 12 months. If you wish us to keep your backup in our archives after 12 months has expired, there will be an annual charge of £10.00 p.a. plus VAT payable in advance. You will automatically be notified when your 12 months has expired offering you the option to renew.
