Do I need a separate ICC profile for each type of paper I use?
Yes!
Each combination of printer, ink, paper AND resolution has an impact on how your prints look.
The paper is one of the most important factors in how your prints come out. Each paper type has different levels of brightness, different colour and different ink absorption. The profile identifies all of these individual qualities and controls the amount of ink that is used as well as the colours created.
