PANTONE ColorVANTAGE Warranties
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Pantone, Inc. certifies all of its products for their fitness of use. All PANTONE ColorVANTAGE products meet or exceed O.E.M. standards and are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for One Year from date of purchase (proof of purchase required).
Pantone offers full replacement or credit for products that are deemed supplied as defective.
Pantone also warrants its products will not cause excessive or abnormal wear to inkjet printers when used as indicated. Pantone will bear the cost of service and repair to any inkjet printer that is damaged, excluding normal wear and tear, by use of PANTONE ColorVANTAGE products under the following conditions:

Pantone is provided with signed documentation from an authorized service representative stating that the damage was caused exclusively by use of PANTONE ColorVANTAGE products.

Proper precautions have been taken in the handling, storage and use of PANTONE ColorVANTAGE products.

That the above conditions have been met and said damage is reported in writing within 30 days of the service date.
