Remote Custom Profiling Service for ColorVANTAGE

Although the profiles created by Pantone and Ourselves for each paper and printer combination are produced to the highest possible standard, each printer is individual, as each machine is produced within manufacturers tolerances. Custom profiling for your specific printer will potentially produce better results.

Additionally, although the list is growing, there is a limited number of papers that we can offer as standard.

The Colourtools Remote Profiling service offers you the opportunity to have custom profiles created for your specific installation.

How does it work?

When you place an order for remote profiles, we will send you by email an series of files including a full instruction file and several images for you to print out on your printer/paper/resolution combination.

Send us these printouts in the mail, and within 48 hours of receipt we will email you your own custom ICC profiles.

All profiles are created using GretagMacbeth ProfileMaker 5 Pro software and GretagMacbeth professional spectrophotometers to ensure the highest possible standard.

What about if I use a RIP?

The remote profiling service is only suitable for inkjet printers that print directly from an application such as Photoshop. If you print using a RIP, such as Onyx, Besst, Efi or PosterJet, then we can still offer you a full profiling service, but this must be carried out on your premises. How do I order?

You will need an individual ICC profile for each combination of printer, paper and resolution. Decide the number of profiles you need and place your order here. Within 24 hours of receiving your order, you will receive your files by email.
